Here it is…the deets on the program that promises a flat stomach and round sculpted booty! The program that has literally made history and broken records in our company’s history, 80 Day Obsession! INSAAAAAANE! Right?! Oh man, these photos get me SO STOKED to do this program in a few weeks! For those of you who don’t know, our team will be starting an 80 Day Challenge on March 12th! This means our ending day will be May 31st! Let me as you a question….

WHERE WILL YOU BE MAY 31ST?

Because, let me tell you something my friend! May 31st is going to come whether you like it or not, whether you decide to commit to a health & fitness program or waste your life away with nachos…either way, the days will pass and that day is going to come around. WHO YOU ARE on that day is 100% UP TO YOU! So, this is my formal invitation to you to join me and our team on this 80 day adventure to getting our best results EVERRRR!

What Are the Workouts Like?

This is the FIRST Beachbody program to EVER have a new workout for each day! There are 80 unique workouts in three phases, and each workout has a particular focus — Booty, Total Body Core, AAA, Legs, Cardio Core, and Cardio Flow. Workouts range from 30-60 minutes 6-Days a week. This is not considered a beginner program. It is recommend you have a basic fitness level before attempting to do this program. There is a modifier if you are unable to do the strict exercise. Most of the program is considered low impact for those who have problems with high impact exercises on their joints.

What Equipment Will You Need for 80 Day Obsession?

You’ll need some dumbbells (light, medium, and heavy, depending on your fitness level), portion-control containers, strength slides, resistance loops, and a mat if you’re working out on a hard floor. All equipment, except dumbbells, are available for purchase. Containers, strength slides, & resistance loops are all included in your 80 Day Obsession Challenge Pack or Completion Pack!

What is the Nutrition Plan?

Revolutionary. Autumn is a true expert in getting our bodies insane results! She knew these results wouldn’t be possible without intentional nutrition. 80 Day Obsession uses a custom calculation to find each individual’s ideal calorie range to burn fat. They then take that meal plan they fit into and structure their meals using timed nutrition. You’ll be eating specific portions at specific times in correlation to your workout for maximum results. It sounds more complicated than it is. The STRUCTURE this program provides is insane! This is NOT a diet! It is so much more about structuring a healthy lifestyle that works for you!

What nutritional supplements do you recommend for 80 Day Obsession?

Because there’s never been an eating plan so specifically timed to maximize your results, both Shakeology and Beachbody Performance are important components of the 80 Day Obsession eating plans. What Coaching & Support is Included?

For every person who participates in this challenge, in the beginning, I will do a 1:1 video call to customize their plan and go over any health imbalances, concerns, or questions. You will then be added to our ramp up group on Facebook to get you ready for our 3/12 launch date. We will be doing “A Little Obsessed” workouts leading up to 80 DO to physically prepare ourselves & practice our timed nutrition. Once it gets closer to our launch date, I will launch our Challenge Tracker App where you will track all your workouts & Shakeology drinks. You will have unlimited support throughout the entire program where you can ask any questions that may come up. There will be daily posts from your coaches in this app to help keep you inspired & motivated to give your all! I also will be giving away prizes throughout the challenge to keep your competitive juices flowing! We will start this challenge as a team and we will end this challenge as a team. That’s how we roll! 🙂
