I couldn’t take the chance on you guys missing out on this next SUPER FUN 4-week adventure we’re going to be taking on as a team starting the day after Thanksgiving! Here are the details for our 28-Day Holiday Slim Down Challenge:


Purpose: To establish healthy habits and get some amazing results in our health & fitness between two major holidays.
Results may include: healthy weight loss, loss of inches, increase in strength, decreased belly bloat, decreased inflammation, revelation of abs, reduced back pain, increase in energy,  improved digestion, increased muscle tone, increased metabolism, increased confidence, improved/more positive mindset.
When:
  • November 23-25th: 3 Day Refresh Cleanse to kickstart metabolism and get rid of belly bloat from Thanksgiving.
  • November 26- December 22: 4 week fitness & nutrition program
Description:
Fitness- We will be following a 4-week SHAUN-T mash up calendar! Shaun T is the celebrity trainer and creator of programs like: Hip Hop Abs, Insanity, Max:30, T-25, Rockin Body, and more recently Transform 20! All workouts in this challenge will be between 25-35 minutes. This challenge will also be setting us up to get ready for the Launch of Transform 20 which launches in December and will be available in January! (See slideshow below for some of Shaun T’s transformation stories…)
Nutrition- Participants will be following either portion fix or 2B Mindset, depending on goals, lifestyle, and coach’s recommendation. This will include recipes, sample meal plans, help with grocery lists, and all the support you need to be successful.
Shakeology/Performance Line: Each participant will drink Shakeology every day for 4 weeks. This will aid tremendously in physiological results as well as energy and stress management. Participants also have the option of incorporating our performance line which includes a plant based pre-workout (Energize) and BCAA’s muscle recovery formula (Recover).

I know that’s absolutely been a factor for me in the past! And even now! I have a 2.5 yr old and a 5 month old who depend on me for survival on top of working my booty off to keep up with my health & business coaching business. June Virtual Bootcamp Kickoff!

Summer is almost heeeeeere!!! WHAAAAAT? So nuts! Although, I’m still having a hard time wrapping my brain around the fact that it’s 2018, so maybe I’m just running a bit behind…lol.

The weather is warming up and that means it’s time for tank tops and shorts! Whose ready for the beach and to feel confident + strong in their bikini (or swim trunks guys…)?! 🙂 If you read this and you are cringing at the thought of bathing suit shopping, join our team for our June virtual bootcamp!
