Kids are back in school and you have somewhat of a routine back in place! Woohoo! Routines can be amazing because they create habits. Habits are what create positive or negative results in our lives.

Here’s the deal…we’ve put together an incredible challenge for you guys that I will be leading along with another top notch coach on our team who has gotten some INCREDIBLE results herself! We’re combining our resources to bring you everything you need to keep you inspired, motivated, and prepared to get insane results in just 3 weeks.

If you’re looking for a catch…here it is… Results will ONLY come to the people who ACTUALLY FOLLOW THE PROGRAM. Sorry…you can’t buy the program and sit on the couch for 21 days eating oreo’s and get pissed at us when you didn’t lose an inch. Yes…it’s happened.

We’re not going to be asking you to eat cardboard, ice burg lettuce, and a billion gallons of water while spending 3 hours a day in the gym…so relax. 🙂 We would never ask you to do something we wouldn’t do! We are super swamped busy parents just like many of you. I have enough difficulty finding enough time to shave both legs at the same time many times, so I PROMISE you, if I can find the time to do these programs, so can you! 🙂

I know many of you are wondering, so let me give you a snapshot into what a challenge group entails…

 A Beachbody Challenge Group is a group of people who have committed to getting healthy by participating in a Beachbody workout program. Through fitness, nutrition, Shakeology supplementation and peer support and accountability, a Beachbody Challenge Group and the Challenge Group Leader play a key role in helping group participants achieve their goals.

There are 3 parts to our 21-Day Challenge:

  • Shakeology: Pick your flavor and drink it each day. You can simply mix it with water and have it as a snack replacement or blend it with some fruit, ice, coconut milk, and almond butter and make it a meal replacement. One scoop of Shakeology = 1 red or 1 protein serving on your meal plan.
  • Nutrition: Most people in the group decide to follow the 21 Day Fix meal plan, which is incredibly simple to follow with flexibility to allow you to choose the foods you prefer within different categories. This meal plan focuses on eating the right portions of the right kinds of foods. Your challenge pack comes with the Portion Fix Container System which is fantastic in helping you measure out your foods for each day. No calorie counting or eating cardboard wafers on this plan! 🙂 We even have an allowance for beer, wine, & chocolate! 🙂
  • Fitness: Obviously, exercise is key to feeling your best. We are all starting at different places in our journey. Some are crossfit champions while others have over 100 lbs. to lose. The beauty of our programs is that we can customize it for EVERYONE! With Beachbody on Demand, you’ll have access to over 600+ programs at your fingertips! I, as your coach will help you choose the best program for you. You can stick to one program such as 21 Day Fix or 22 Minute Hard Corps, or you can switch it up each day. For me, being a busy working mom, I like to stick to the workouts in the 20 minute time frame. I’ll mix it up between 22 minute hard corps, 3 week yoga retreat, T25, and the first week of Shift Shop! I LOVE the variability and the results I get in such a short period of time!
