I don’t know about you, but this year… this summer has been a cluster! Ha… a CLUSTER of emotions, chaos, ups, downs, all arounds. I’ve had moments of routine and flow- but for the most part I’ve been all over the place living in REACTION instead of from a proactive place.

At the end of each month, I ask myself how I can best serve my community of clients. Usually the answer is found in what I NEED myself.

What’s REALLY in Shakeology?? This is CRAZY!

  • What is it really?
  • Is it an over-priced protein shake?

Most people are a little (or a lot) skeptical about this “shake” thing. I’ll be honest, so was I at first. In fact, for years I never tried Shakeology because I thought I knew what it was. I assumed the hundreds of dollars I was spending on supplements and superfood concoctions from different companies each month was superior to what might be in Shakeology. I blew off the testimonials I read from consistent Shakeology users because I was ignorantly convinced that it was another scam product with inflated statements.

 

WOW, have I been humbled.

 

This year happens to be Shakeology’s 10-Year anniversary so I decided to do something special that I can’t wait to share with you. I did 6 + months of intense research so you don’t have to. My background is in researching medical conditions, medications, therapies, supplements, nutritional theories etc. Through getting my Bachelor’s in nursing, I learned how to do high-quality research on important topics. I don’t just “google” things and use blog posts for my opinions. The PROBLEM is that many people actually do, do this and there are several inaccurate blog posts on the interweb claiming to have the “truth” about Shakeology, but EVERY ONE I’ve read is inaccurate. In this research project, I dug in to each ingredient and searched for clinical trials and scientific evidence that corresponds with those ingredients. In this report, I lay out my findings so you can see for yourself the potential power in the combination of ingredients within Shakeology’s formula.

You’ll learn about the 5 formulas in Shakeology, more about quality standards, clinical trials and research associated with the individual ingredients.

I would like to show you the clinical trial that was done on Shakeology in 2014. The results are powerful.

After a thorough screening process, 50 individuals were asked to participate in a 90-day clinical trial. During the study, the individuals were required to drink Shakeology for breakfast and lunch for 90 days, without making any other diet or exercise modifications. (This is an important aspect because it isolated the effects of Shakeology). It was that simple.

Check out these incredible results:

  • Reduction in blood sugar (hemoglobin A1C)- Participants reduced their blood sugar (HbA1c) by an average of 5% while some reduced their numbers by up to 19%.
  • Reduction in cholesterol-The average total cholesterol reduction was 7% with the maximum reduction being 50%.
  • Supports Healthy Weight Loss- Individuals lost an average of 9.3 pounds, with the highest weight loss coming in at 24 pounds.

I hope you had THE BEST Thanksgiving with your family!

I have to admit, doing sales and promotions feels weird to me because I’m not a sales person. I don’t have stock product at my house that I sell. What I do as a coach and in my team more of a service. I coach people how to go from mediocrity and feeling like they’re broken after trying all the diets and all the things…to feeling like their BEST self. That’s my goal. That’s my job.

However…today is Black Friday. Which means everyone is in the mood to BUY THINGS. Usually we buy things we don’t really need…things that we forget about in a year or just end up collecting dust. 4- Week Holiday Slim Down Challenge!

Purpose: To establish healthy habits and get some amazing results in our health & fitness between two major holidays.
Results may include: healthy weight loss, loss of inches, increase in strength, decreased belly bloat, decreased inflammation, revelation of abs, reduced back pain, increase in energy,  improved digestion, increased muscle tone, increased metabolism, increased confidence, improved/more positive mindset.
When:
  • November 23-25th: 3 Day Refresh Cleanse to kickstart metabolism and get rid of belly bloat from Thanksgiving.
  • November 26- December 22: 4 week fitness & nutrition program
Description:
Fitness- We will be following a 4-week SHAUN-T mash up calendar! Shaun T is the celebrity trainer and creator of programs like: Hip Hop Abs, Insanity, Max:30, T-25, Rockin Body, and more recently Transform 20! All workouts in this challenge will be between 25-35 minutes. This challenge will also be setting us up to get ready for the Launch of Transform 20 which launches in December and will be available in January! (See slideshow below for some of Shaun T’s transformation stories…)
Nutrition- Participants will be following either portion fix or 2B Mindset, depending on goals, lifestyle, and coach’s recommendation. This will include recipes, sample meal plans, help with grocery lists, and all the support you need to be successful.
Shakeology/Performance Line: Each participant will drink Shakeology every day for 4 weeks. This will aid tremendously in physiological results as well as energy and stress management. Participants also have the option of incorporating our performance line which includes a plant based pre-workout (Energize) and BCAA’s muscle recovery formula (Recover).
