This salmon dish is delicious even for those who are not a fan of fish. It's a family favorite!

Ingredients

  • 100g WILD Salmon Filet (Cut into 4 pieces)
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts (coursely ground)
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tumeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Liquified Organic extra virgin coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1
Mix liquid ingredients into a bowl and dry ingredients into a separate bowl.
Step 2
Preheat a large skillet to medium heat with 1 tbs. coconut oil.
Step 3
Dip Salmon fillets first in the liquid mixture, then into the dry mixture, covering each side with macadamia nut mixture.
Step 4
Place all fillets in skillet and cover with lid.
Step 5
Cook about 5 minutes on each side or until each side is golden brown. Serve with vegetables.
