This salmon dish is delicious even for those who are not a fan of fish. It's a family favorite!
Ingredients
- 100g WILD Salmon Filet (Cut into 4 pieces)
- 1 cup Macadamia Nuts (coursely ground)
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Dried Parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 tablespoon Tumeric
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Salt
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons Liquified Organic extra virgin coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
Directions
Step 1

Mix liquid ingredients into a bowl and dry ingredients into a separate bowl. |
Step 2

Preheat a large skillet to medium heat with 1 tbs. coconut oil. |
Step 3

Dip Salmon fillets first in the liquid mixture, then into the dry mixture, covering each side with macadamia nut mixture. |
Step 4

Place all fillets in skillet and cover with lid. |
Step 5

Cook about 5 minutes on each side or until each side is golden brown. Serve with vegetables. |
