This chocolate peppermint-maca bark is amazingly delicious and incredibly good for you!
Ingredients
- 8oz Raw chocolate Bar (I use the brand Pacari)
- Sweetener of choice (Xylitol, palm sugar, stevia)
- 1 tablespoon Maca Powder
- 3-5 drops PURE Peppermint Oil (Best reviews from DoTerra Brand)
- 1/2 teaspoon Himalayan Salt
- 3 tablespoons Liquified Organic extra virgin coconut oil
Directions
Step 1

Melt all ingredients together in a medium saucepan over low-medium heat. |
Step 2

Once all melted, spread out onto parchment paper and put in the freezer until hardened. Before freezing, you can choose to add crushed nuts, hemp seeds, coconuts, or any other fun topping. |
