This fun single-serving appetizer is great for parties! The cinnamon adds extra health benefits as a strong anti-inflammatory and blood sugar stabilizer!


  • Organic Carrots (You can use baby carrots or cut large carrots into bite-size sticks)
  • Organic Celery Stalk (Cut into 3-4 inch sticks)
  • 1/2 cup Organic Tahini
  • 1/2 cup Liquified Organic extra virgin coconut oil
  • 1 pinch Himalayan Salt
  • Stevia to taste (You can use regular of vanilla stevia)
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Cinnamon
  • Small Cups of your choice to put dip and veggies in


You can also use any other organic (preferably raw) nut butter for this recipe, I just don't recommend peanutbutter due to the aflotoxins present, even in organic peanuts.


Tahini Dipping Sauce
Step 1
Mix Tahini, coconut oil, salt, stevia, & cinnamon by hand with spoon or in small food processor to combine until smooth and creamy. You can add more or less salt/stevia to taste.
Assemble Cups
Step 2
Put 1-2 Tbs of dip into bottom of cups and place a few sticks of each vegetable in the dip so they are sticking out of the cups, and you're done!
