Turkey-Veggie Roll ups

These roll ups are always a huge hit!


  • 1 packet Organic, nitrate free Turkey Breast slices
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Sprouts
  • Raw cheese slices
  • Roasted red peppers
  • Spirulina powder


  • Mustard
  • 1/2 cup Organic Kefir Cheese (Preferably raw)


You can fill these turkey rolls with any fillings you'd like. These are just some of my favorites.


Step 1
Inside each turkey breast slice, add your favorite condiments and sprinkle with a pinch of spirulina powder to add some good nutrition. The kefir cheese tastes just like cream cheese, but adds a wonderful probiotic benefit! Roll up and stick a toothpick vertical through the middle to keep them held together. Place on a platter and serve.
